I don’t know what is going on, but a lot of my Blogline feeds seem to be dying. Right now there are five that have that funky little red exclamation point that gives the following message when clicked:
Bloglines has encountered an error trying to fetch the latest version of this feed. Bloglines handles errors automatically, no action is required by you. The error was:
The feed does not appear to exist. This can be caused by the feed URL being incorrect, or it can be caused by a configuration issue with the server hosting the feed. If this error continues, you should check the feed URL and, if it is wrong, subscribe to the correct URL.
Thing is, these feeds exist. I’ve unsubscribed and resubscribed and still get the error message. I’m ready to subscribe to a new feed-reader. I’m too lazy – I mean busy – to go to all of these sites to check for new content every day (in the case of Renee, several times a day – dang you are prolific!).
Suggestions are welcome.
ETA – I’m trying out Google Reader, even though I fear Google is taking over the world. The layout’s kind of boring but so far it seems to be doing what I need it to do without a lot of drama.
